  • Horse profiles: names, breeds, ages, and other details you enter about your horses.

  • Payment information: billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage data: basic information about how you interact with the app to help us improve the experience.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide the features you use, including horse profiles, health tracking, and the AI advisor.
  • To process subscription payments.
  • To improve our platform and fix issues.
  • To communicate with you about your account or important updates.

Data Storage

Your account data is stored securely using Supabase, a hosted database platform. Some data (such as horse profiles and health logs) may be stored locally on your device using your browser's localStorage. We are actively migrating this data to Supabase for better reliability and syncing across devices.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Inside the Equine:

  • OpenAI: powers the Ask AI feature using GPT-4o-mini. When you use the AI advisor, your question is sent to OpenAI for processing. Their privacy policy is available at openai.com/privacy.

Cookies

We only use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Children's Privacy

Inside the Equine is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly.

Inside the Equine is operated from the United States. All data is stored and processed on servers located in the United States. By using the platform, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
