These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Inside the Equine website at insidetheequine.com and our iOS application (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Jaynee Creative LLC ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Inside the Equine is an interactive 3D equine anatomy learning platform. The Service provides educational content including 3D anatomical models, courses, quizzes, and related learning materials designed to help users study horse anatomy and related topics.

Web Purchases: Subscriptions purchased through the website are processed by Stripe. Pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms are presented at the time of purchase.
iOS Purchases: Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms and conditions, including their refund and cancellation policies.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect active subscription periods already paid for.
All content available through the Service — including but not limited to 3D models, course materials, text, images, graphics, videos, quizzes, software, and the overall design and compilation of the Service — is the exclusive property of Jaynee Creative LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent (patent pending), and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service without our prior written consent.
The content provided through the Service is for educational and informational purposes only. It is NOT a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You may cancel your subscription at any time. For web subscriptions, contact us at info@insidetheequine.com. For iOS subscriptions, manage cancellation through your Apple ID settings.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jaynee Creative LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from reliance on any content provided through the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
