Welcome to Inside the Equine, a product of Jaynee Creative based in Austin, TX. By using our website and services at insidetheequine.com, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Inside the Equine, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimers. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. Subscription and Billing
- Inside the Equine offers a Pro subscription plan at $29.99 per month.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings page.
- When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that.
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
- After the 7-day window, no refunds are issued for the current billing period. You may still cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
- Refunds for billing errors or technical issues may be considered on a case-by-case basis at any time.
- To request a refund, email info@insidetheequine.com with the email address associated with your account.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days back to your original payment method.
- If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
- Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the platform without permission.
6. Medical and Veterinary Disclaimer
Inside the Equine is for EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
The content on this platform, including the AI Horse Advisor, is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI Horse Advisor provides general information only and does not provide veterinary diagnoses.
Always consult a licensed veterinarian for any health concerns regarding your horse. We are not liable for any decisions made based on information obtained from this platform. The information provided may not be complete, accurate, or up to date for every situation.
7. AI Disclaimer
Inside the Equine includes an AI-powered advisor feature (Ask AI) that uses OpenAI's GPT-4o-mini model. This feature is designed for educational and informational purposes only.
The AI advisor is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions regarding your horse. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated responses. AI-generated content may contain errors or outdated information.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Inside the Equine, including text, graphics, 3D models, logos, and software, is owned by Jaynee Creative or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Content you create (horse profiles, health logs, notes) remains yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you.
9. Limitation of Liability
Inside the Equine is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. This includes, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jaynee Creative and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. This includes damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or any other intangible losses.
Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any third-party content, AI-generated responses, or user-submitted data available through the platform. You acknowledge that you use such content at your own risk.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, or technical failures of third-party services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inside the Equine, Jaynee Creative, and their owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that harms other users or the platform. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@insidetheequine.com.
12. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in Travis County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
